Volunteer Day with Smithfield Land Trust

Volunteers are needed to help the Smithfield Land Trust with stone armoring of trails! Trail armoring is a process of laying stones on a trail to mitigate the flooding of the trail. Work will be on the Harris Farm Trail and William Steere Trail on the Wolf Hill Forest Preserve.

Parking is on Waterview Drive in Smithfield, RI and at the Leo Bouchard Conservation Center.
