Land Trust Days Guided Walk at Grills Preserve

Join the Westerly Land Trust for a FREE Land Trust Days guided trail walk on October 7, 2021 from 10:00 AM- 12:00 PM. Open to all ages & leashed dogs welcome!

Suggested Adventure Ready Checklist:
-Reusable water bottle
-Bug repellent
-Comfortable shoes
-Layers of clothes
-Color blaze orange

This walk on WLT’s 500-acre preserve is over primarily flat terrain often along the Pawcatuck River on clear, wide trails. We will be able to see some newly discovered foundations. There is a gorgeous scenic view from the top of aptly named Big Hill, which requires a bit of steep climbing.

-We recognize many people still have concerns about gathering; therefore, please sign up with the designated hike leader, so that person will know how many will be attending and cap the group size if necessary.
-Maintain a safe and comfortable distance from other hikers.
-Please bring a face mask in case it is needed.
