Row to Jacob's Point with Warren Land Conservation Trust

Adult participants will learn how to row a 4 oared dory or a 6 oared pilot gig from two experienced coxswains. Participants will row a mile to Warren Land Trust's property Jacob's Point, where the boats will be beached and the rowers will have a chance to explore and learn about Jacob's Point beach and salt marsh ecology. Participants will then row back to the wharf. Please wear water shoes and weather-appropriate clothing and a hat. Gloves to protect your hands when rowing are helpful. Bring sunscreen, bug spray, water, and a snack, and binoculars to view bird life. Participants are required to wear a PFD which will be provided. 10 spaces are available.

The Wharf is on Water Street between State and Washington St. Parking is limited on the wharf. Please follow the signs. Street parking is also available in the neighborhood.
