Hunts Mills - Historic Tour of the Grounds

The East Providence Conservation Commission will be leading guided walks of the grounds at Hunts Mills to coincide with the East Providence Historical Society's monthly open house.

The walks will be held at 12 PM every second Sunday of each month. This is an easy and relaxed paced walk of approximately 1 mile on wooded trails that is good for beginners and kids. The grounds have plenty of history dating over centuries. We will stop several times and discuss the history of the property as well as the Ten Mile River.

Meet in the parking lot by John Hunt House. The John Hunt House, a museum of East Providence history, will open at 1:00 PM following the hike.
