Men's Group for Support & Growth in Rhode Island!

We are re-creating a Men’s Group for Support & Growth in Warren RI. We will meet on the Fourth Monday of the month from 5:30-7:00 pm!
Our first meeting will be Monday, January 27, 5:30-7:00 pm.

## What Is Our Men’s Group Doing?

We are a group of men discussing their honest feelings about relationships, drugs, love, sex, money, work, and life in general. We’ll pick a topic, trade stories, have a moderated discussion, and maybe yell (if needed).
Our men’s group will dive deep and not let fear keep us from expressing who we really are. We’ll explore what makes us amazing and what makes us far from amazing, what we need to grow and what gets in the way of growing, how to trust ourselves and others, and what obstacles get in the way of trust. We’ll find what environments support our safety and how to set boundaries in those that don’t. Most importantly, we’ll practice being our authentic selves.

We may include meditation and other practices designed to create clarity, presence, and truth. Between sessions, we will have assignments to reflect more deeply and practice whatever we worked on together.

## Who Can Join Our Men’s Group?

Anyone who self-identifies as a man and is ready to do the work necessary to be amazing, beautiful, and alive. You are welcome because of, and in spite of, who you are and where you have come from. Please do not let race, class, religion, culture, education, or any other barriers keep you from being part of this opportunity. You are needed and wanted.

## When will Our Men’s Group Get Together?

Monthly on the fourth Monday night from 5:30 – 7:00. Get your seat at the table in Warren, Rhode Island.

## Is There Cash Involved?

Yes. We are asking for a sliding-scale donation of $35-$70 for each session. After an honest assessment of resources, you determine your own rate. You will never need to justify your contribution. We trust you and want you present! Please pay in advance, thank you.
