Football Friends Summer Soccerthon!

Join us for a day of pickup soccer [futbol] and family fun in support of Futbol Friends' mission of helping children access soccer across New England and abroad.
From 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, we will play two continuous games of soccer across two fields. All ages (8+) are welcome to participate in the on-the-field action and other attendees can head over to Moniker Brewery's beer garden and food truck.
A $25 donation is required to play, but others are welcome to attend as spectators or to eat or drink!

IS THIS TOURNAMENT-STYLE PLAY?

No, the event is non-competitive, the motivation for playing is to be safe and have fun. We don’t keep score, there are no set teams, and aggressive play is not tolerated.
DO YOU DIVIDE PLAYERS BY AGE?

Yes, during “open play” and throughout the day we do our best to ensure that players are placed with those of similar age and skill level.
WILL THERE BE FOOD AVAILABLE?

Food and beverages (non-alcoholic & alcoholic) will be provided by our friends at Moniker Brewing and available to purchase.
WHAT IS FUTBOL FRIENDS INTERNATIONAL?

Futbol Friends is a 501(c)(3) non-profit founded 20+ years ago in Newtown, Connecticut to raise money so children can access soccer worldwide. All board members are volunteers meaning 100% of proceeds reach communities in need!
HOW LONG CAN I PLAY FOR?

We are committed to ensuring all players have at least one hour of dedicated play time, thus we might ask you to sub out of your game.
