Jessie incorporates elements of fitness and dance into the session, making it a perfect blend of fun and exercise. Don’t worry about bringing your own hoop—Jessie has plenty to lend. Hooping is a great activity for all ages and skill levels, ensuring a welcoming environment for everyone.
