This event is for hikers with previous level 2 hikes. We will hike at a steady pace (2-2.5 mph) with few stops.
Duration - 3 Hrs.
Event Rating - 3 due to distance and terrain
Distance - 6 miles +- with few stops at a steady pace
Blaze orange - is required (hunting is allowed here)
Snake Den State Park is located along Route 6 in Johnston, Rhode Island. The 1,000 acre undeveloped property boasts self-guided walking trails, beautiful trees, flowers, plants, and working farm as well.
Bring plenty of water, a snack, bug spray, waterproof shoes, and dress appropriately for the weather, while avoiding cotton. Ticks are still present so please plan accordingly.

WATER: Hydrate before this hike and bring at least 1 liter of water.
