Stepstone Falls

Difficulty: level 2 1/2

Duration: 3 hours

Hunter Orange Will be required for this hike..

This hike has some decent ups and downs of various terrain. There may be sections that could be muddy or icy. Good hiking boots will be required, traction devices may be helpful.

This is a challenging hike that I've given a level 2 1/2 rating due to the distance, terrain and the pace which will also allow some time to linger at the falls or for stops along the way as needed.

Please be prepared for the weather and conditions on the ground. Be sure to have extra water for hydration. Always be mindful of ever present ticks and the diseases they can carry. A post hike check of body and clothes is highly recommended.

We will be meeting at the hunter check station on Escoheag Hill Rd. one mile north of its juncture with Rt. 165.
