### How It Works

Our live, interactive virtual gatherings combine demonstrations, guided rhythmic exercises, body percussion, coordination challenges, musical exploration, and opportunities for individual feedback.
No drums or special equipment are necessary! You can participate using your hands, feet, a tabletop, household objects, or your own instruments.
Sessions are designed to be progressive, accessible, enjoyable, and intellectually stimulating. Everyone learns at their own pace.

### About Your Facilitator

Arturo Rodriguez is a professional Latin percussionist, musician, and educator with over 40 years of teaching experience.
Drawing on his background in music, physiology, and kinesiology, Arturo has spent more than 35 years developing and refining his own approach to rhythmic coordination, mechanical independence, isolation, and musical expression.
His goal is to help participants understand not only what they're playing, but how rhythm works and how the mind and body coordinate to create music.
