This meetup group - Women's Empowerment Circle, I have created to support each other, to feel connected, to embrace feminine energy, to share the stories, to have fun, to learn mindfulness and meditate, to apply some empowering tools...in short words to Rise & Shine Together!

The point is also to help each other to develop self-esteem, and self-awareness, express courage to shine like a star with full potential, to inspire ourselves and to heal our wounds, to feel liberated, healthier, calmer, lighter and stronger.

I am a certified NLP Life Coach and LFT Master Coach, mindfulness meditation teacher, and healer, spiritual healer and writer. I was born in Poland and I am living in Australia since 2006 (Perth WA). Holding many years of professional experience. I am focused on thriving, learning, inspiring, staying in tune with the Divine and enjoying Nature.

I am a woman dedicated to helping other women to rise & shine. I went through a lot in my life, but also gain knowledge by attending many courses and self-development programs. It is already 26 years I am helping others.

I love to create a friendly space for women to share our life stories, experiences, have uplifting time together, share inspiration, dive into meditation, share healthy food, have a picnics in the parks, walk, swim, go for spiritual trips, have a coffee and laugh together too.

So, I am inviting you to open up during our catch-ups, share freely your life stories, and some ideas which could inspire us, support and motivate each other, to create a trustworthy space for our sisterhood.

We meet fortnightly in 2 places:
Rockingham Library - every second Wednesday at 5.30pm
South Fremantle, The Meeting Place - every second Sunday 11am.

My last project is a remote connection, Virtual Meditation Circle, held every Monday evening at 10 pm AWST.
We can be at different places and time zones, wherever in the world, but being connected intuitively, sitting in meditation for 10 minutes, focusing on the same intention, and breathing slowly to achieve altered meditative state, calming the mind. This practice is powered by a youtube video I have recorded. We are able to create a beautiful, peaceful field of energy united.

We sit quietly focusing on breathing, healing and positive, uplifting intentions.

We are connecting remotely, beyond time and space.

We meditate together for 10 minutes, feeling connected wherever you are, sending and receiving healing energy through the heart, and getting 10 benefits afterward.

At the end of this blissful meditation practice, we are receiving healing by diving into the ocean of peacefulness and the love of the Divine Heart. Our vibration is raising and we are feeling fully relaxed.

It is proven that connection heart to heart at the distance, remotely…. is extremely powerful.

If we all are focused on positive thoughts, slow down our breaths, and calm our minds, then energy is rising, and it has a positive impact on us, on the environment, and on other people's emotions.

It helps to get rid of stress and worries, rise your own consciousness and develop a positive attitude toward life.

It is scientifically proven that such meditation gatherings are able to lower the number of road accidents, robberies within your neighborhood, or aggressive behaviors in your household.

I have been running this circle for several years already and it gathers hundreds of participants worldwide from different countries. It is a powerful, healing experience for each of us.

Why do we repeat affirmations, and mantras, and perform some kind of rituals to receive healing?

The subconscious mind likes rhythm, repetition, and rituals.
I encourage you to make it your weekly (or more often) - a ritual of silencing your thoughts, purifying yourself of toxic energies, distancing yourself from everyday problems and stresses, and diving into silence and serenity.

IMPORTANT TIPS TO FOLLOW.

  1. BEFORE 10pm, before our meditation circle starts, You should get rid of your emotional/mental weight.
    Exactly 5 min 30 sec to 10pm, you start the video "part 2" with a guided meditation - focusing on YOURSELF,
    following that practice on video youtube I have recorded (link below) with breathing and meditation to cleanse yourself FIRST of any burden.
  2. THEN at 10pm (as the guided meditation leads you) please connect with others in a virtual circle, with a POSITIVE attitude and POSITIVE thoughts.
  3. At 10pm, still following the video youtube and my voice, you start creating positive intentions (love, peace, calmness, gratitude, other) and visualize, that you are connected to other people in that meditation circle, wherever they are.
  4. We sit in that meditation for only 10 minutes, but extremely focused on: joint connection, the rhythm of breathing, peace, on intention.
  5. As you are breathing slowly, focusing on your heart, please repeat from time to time those words: PEACE, LOVE, PURITY, LIGHT, FORGIVENESS, HEALING...and dive into calmness.
    Let some visions, feelings, thoughts, and positive energy associated with that, arise freely.
  6. After those 10 minutes passed by, following recorded video guided meditation, we complete the meditation circle and the connection in a circle breaks softly…you are taking one dynamic breath, stretching the body, and visualizing that our hands disconnect but the positive energy remains.
  7. In the end, we say THANK YOU for this meeting and healing.
