Saturday’s Guided Meditation Class (Free class)
This session is designed to help you gently relax, release accumulated stress, and reconnect with ease in your body and mind. Our practice will include:
• Moving meditation
• Sitting meditation
• Walking meditation
• A short, relaxing self-massage after meditation
• A brief Dharma sharing video
We will provide meditation cushions and chairs, so you may choose whichever is most comfortable for your practice.
If you are attending in person, please try to arrive 5–10 minutes before 1:00 pm. The door will close at 1:05 pm so we can maintain a peaceful environment during the session.
We look forward to practicing together.
