Bios:
Keith Krum, AICP, is the Planning Projects Manager for the City of Richardson’s Development Services Department. His focus during his 25 years in city planning has been on long range planning, demographics, research, data analysis and information management. He is currently overseeing the City’s Envision Richardson Comprehensive Plan Update.
