Disco at The Dance Space

Disco/Hustle lesson and dancing!

Lesson: 7:30pm-8pm - Beginner Hustle/Disco lesson with Mike Recant
Disco Dance Music: 8-10pm with DJ Mike Recant
Cost: $10 per person
Place: The Dance Space, 6004-A W. Broad St.

We are turning The Dance Space into an old-time Disco Dance Hall. Enjoy our 1,600 sqft wood dance floor with plenty of room for even the largest RVA Disco dance crowd. The music will include your favorite Disco tunes with a a few Ballroom/Latin/Swing tunes thrown in for fun. There will be Disco lighting to add to your "Studio 54" mood!

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! The evening includes a beginner Hustle/Disco lesson at 7:30 which is guaranteed get you out on the dance floor enjoying your own special "groove". Also, feel free to get out and FREESTYLE to the evening's music, partners not required or even needed.

No pre-registration required. Singles, couples and same-sex couples welcome.

Music starts at 8pm and goes to 10pm. Disco lighting to set the mood and light refreshments served all evening.
