Great Shiplock Park, Lehigh Parking Lot, Richmond, VA
So guys, join me on the totally paved Va Capital Trail. We will bike up to Dorey Park from Shockoe Bottom for those that want to. Or there’s a shorter route as well which I’m taking and suggest for those first timers. To Dorey is 22 miles round trip but the shorter route is 11 miles round trip. See you soon!

Guys- join me at the Art Museum for another Arts after Hours event hosted by Kelli Lemon and Micha Bam Bam White! Dress to Impress! It’s $60 and includes light bites and a drink (margarita). The entire museum will be open as well so you may walk around and view the beautiful artwork!
