Our theme this year is
“HOT SAMBA BLIZZARD”

“The Blizzard”
Here’s the concept:
A hot samba band sizzles in a polyrhythmic stew while all around it swirls a blizzard of tropical snow.
Here’s the implementation for “the blizzard”:
Wear White (or at least, a white top), masks and headdresses are OK.
Half the blizzard circles the band clock-wise, the other half counter-clockwise, creating a swirling effect.
Meet new people, have fun.
The details: Meet in Monroe Park at 6:30 (look for the people dressed in white). Parade begins at 7:00. We should be finished by 8:30.
