A: A Halloween Parade with a Samba Band.

Come on down to Monroe Park for the annual Halloween Parade through Oregon Hill. Come in costume or wear White. Assembly will be at 6:00 PM on Friday October 31. Come early to find parking. If you'd like to play with the band come to the rehearsal on Tuesday October 28 at 7:00 PM in the Barrell Room at Vasen Brewing, 3331 N. Moore St. Have a beer, learn the routine, meet new people.
