Yoga and Sunset Paddle

Join us for an hour of yoga overlooking the beautiful James River! We will have a moderate practice then paddle (SUP or Kayak) up the James and float back down for sunset.
Bring mat, water and towel for yoga.
Bring your board or kayak, life jacket, swim gear, water and a towel for the paddle.

Last week we had a fantastic group meal provided by Brian!! It was so fun sharing a meal we want to do it again. So if you would like bring a simple finger food to share!!!!
We will meet near the parking area at Robious Landing Park at 5:20pm

If you can’t arrive at 530 for yoga just come when you can!!

Cost for yoga is $5-10.00. All monies collected will be donated to a fund for teachers at Carver Academy in Chesterfield County. This is an alternative school and the teachers can really use our support!
