Reiki Level I ($135) is your initiation into Traditional Usui Ryōhō Shiki Reiki, focused on self-healing, energetic sensitivity, and foundational practice. Includes: Personal 1:1 teaching with Donna via Zoom; attunements & Guided self-healing practices and support. With Reiki Level I you will learn how your body works with your own energy. How you can learn to "heal" yourself and maintain a daily healthy stress-free style of life. You will have the option to move to Level II if you want to amplify your energy with the sacred symbols and learn Animal Reiki and Distant Reiki to help your loved ones from afar.
