“Tonight isn’t about fixing anything.
We’re not analyzing.
We’re not processing stories.
And you don’t have to share or perform.
What we’re doing is giving your nervous system a reset point.
All day, your system has been responding — to people, noise, stress, screens, expectations. Even when nothing ‘big’ happens, your body stays slightly braced.
Tonight, we’re going to:

  • slow the system just enough to feel safe
  • bring your awareness back into your body
  • and help your system remember what neutral feels like

I’ll guide a few very small, simple shifts — nothing dramatic.
These aren’t meditations you have to do ‘right.’
They’re gentle cues that let your body do what it already knows how to do.
You can keep your eyes open.
You can move if you need to.
You don’t have to feel calm for this to work.
If at any point you drift, check out, or feel distracted — that’s normal.
I’ll guide us back. That’s part of the reset.
