Our goal is to create a regular, reliable space where people can come together to stay active, support their physical and mental well-being, and form meaningful social connections.
We believe health is not just about exercise, but also about showing up, being seen, and staying connected.

This group is open to:

Adults and seniors who enjoy light physical activity

People looking for a low-pressure, welcoming social environment

Anyone who values consistency, routine, and community

No athletic experience is required. All activities are gentle, optional, and adaptable.

🚶‍♂️ What We Do at Our Events

Our regular sessions may include:

Easy-paced group walks in parks or community areas

Baduanjin (Eight Brocades) or other gentle stretching and wellness movements

Coffee Chat (optional) – relaxed conversations after activities

Events are held at a fixed time and location, so members know they always have a place to go.
In case of extreme weather, activities move indoors to ensure continuity and comfort.
