Our regular sessions may include:
Easy-paced group walks in parks or community areas
Baduanjin (Eight Brocades) or other gentle stretching and wellness movements
Coffee Chat (optional) – relaxed conversations after activities
Events are held at a fixed time and location, so members know they always have a place to go.
In case of extreme weather, activities move indoors to ensure continuity and comfort.
