We don't actually do meditation.
It's an innate state we enter into. It helps us reclaim our joy, our consciousness and the truth about everything.

The more we enter the state of meditation these innate qualities are enhanced.

What can we accomplish in 21 days?
If you are seeking inner peace and quiet — relief from over-thinking and worrying, this is an online free meditation course for you.

Many have found peace of the heart and joy of the spirit. We hope you do too!

Please join our online public programs and you can opt for one-on-one sessions with an experienced Sahaja Yoga teacher as well.

There is never a charge for Sahaja Yoga meditation.
