The Richmond IONS Community is an unincorporated association and a local group of The Institute of Noetic Sciences, an international association based in Petaluma, California (www.noetic.org).
Richmond IONS Community is not associated with any religion, religious organization, doctrine or set of beliefs or practices and is open to all. Our group is entirely dependent upon voluntary donations of its members and friends to support its programs, mailings and other costs, and a love offering is requested at each meeting from those attending who are not dues paying members.
Our meetings are held each month at locations posted on this website and also announced in its program notices. All are welcome!

Topic: The Basics of EFT
This is an introductory class to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) also known as “Tapping.” In this hands-on training you’ll learn the basic recipe, what to say while tapping, and why EFT works. There will be lessons, demonstrations, and practice sessions so that you can leave the class feeling confident in your ability to help yourself and others. From negative emotions to nagging physical conditions, it is possible for EFT to help you resolve numerous issues!
