Join us for a slow sensory nature walk through the Pine Camp Forest. Slow down, breathe, and connect with yourself, with the forest, and with the present moment. Take a break from the noise of everyday life and immerse yourself in the calming presence of trees. Our Mindful Tree Walk is a gentle, guided experience that invites you to explore nature through all your senses, deepen your awareness, and feel rooted in the moment. We will practice the art of chi kung with trees, which includes special breathing techniques and movement for specific trees.
Learn how to channel stress by connecting with tree energy using the orbital breath and the five elements.
These creative experiences will enhance our artistic ability and increase our connection with nature. Led by a trained Mindful Outdoor Guide.

We go rain or shine. If it is raining lightly, we stay out. If it's raining hard, we will go to the outdoor classroom until it passes. If there are severe storms, we cancel.
