What weâre about
Where authentic souls gather to create, connect, and come alive.
In a world full of noise and surface-level interactions, this is a space for those who crave authenticity, awareness, and meaningful conversation. We come together to explore conscious living, connect deeply with ourselves and others, and learn from wise elders who inspire growth and understanding.
Through open-hearted dialogue and shared experience, we heal what blocks connection and rediscover what it means to be fully alive and human.
If youâre longing for deeper conversations and genuine community, come join us â and connect with others who feel the same.

đŸ Paw & Grit: Ultimutt Training Meetup
The Wetlands Parking Area, 3340 Landria Drive, Richmond, VA, USBecause training should be as joyful as race day
Join us for a light-hearted, tail-wagging training series leading up to the Ultimutt Race on April 12 in Greenville, SC! Whether you're running, walking, or trotting beside your pup, this biweekly Sunday meetup is designed to help both humans and dogs build confidence, endurance, and connectionâwithout taking ourselves too seriously.
### âš What to Expect
Weâll begin each session with a 6-minute grounding meditation to calm our minds and center our bond with our dogs. Think deep breaths, paws on the earth, and the simple joy of being outside together.
Then weâll ease into:
- Gentle warm-up walks
- Playful agility & leash work
- Trail runs or power walks (weâll build distance gradually)
- Confidence-boosting obstacle play
- Social time for dogs and humans đ¶ Whoâs Welcome
All friendly dogs and their human teammatesârunners, walkers, hikers, beginners, and seasoned adventure buddies. No race experience required. (Puppies must be fully vaccinated.)
### đ„Ÿ What to Bring
- Leash (no retractables, please)
- High-value treats
- A sense of humor and a love for mud
This isnât just trainingâitâs community. By April, weâll be more than ready for race day⊠and probably have a lot of muddy paw prints on our hearts. And if you don't want to register for the event and just want to come out for the fun and exercise, please do!!

Mystic Mornings
Janet's Cafe, 4701 Forest Hill Ave Unit C6, Richmond, VA, USI thought some of us might not be up for walking in the cold in January, so I changed up our monthly gathering from being outdoors to indoors! :)

Mystic Mornings is a gentle, face-to-face gathering where we slow down, share a meal, and speak our spiritual intentions into the new year. Over coffee, tea, or whatever fills your cup, weâll connect, explore what weâre calling in, what weâre releasing, and how we want to show up in our own lives for ourselves and each other.
This is a space for real conversation, genuine connection, and nourishing both body and spirit. Bring your curiosity, your heart, and an appetiteâyummy food and soulful company are on the table.
