Robbie Staples has over 20 years of experience writing SQL queries and 10 years working with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) in Data Management & Analytics as well as a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) in SQL 2016 Database Development. He has worked in the power, banking, transportation, healthcare, and semiconductor industries with most of his experience being in the power industry. He has his Electrical Engineering degree from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia and Texas. He is currently employed by Old Dominion Electric Cooperative as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer focused on automating manual processes and bringing data to the forefront of the company.
