Historic Graf Dairy Tour Followed by a Visit to the Heroes Gallary!

Details

Calling all history buffs and Marvel fans!

Join me for a special evening that blends local history with comic book nostalgia. We’ll start with a rare tour of the Graf Dairy building on Franklin Street, led by Werner Graf, grandson of the original founder dating back to the 1800s. Werner will share his exciting vision for revitalizing this historic space.

From there, we’ll head to his newest project: Heroes, located at 601 Wabash, inside the Lighthouse Place Premium Outlet Mall (Suite 1101). This vibrant venue features an interactive gallery, arcade, theater, and an impressive collection of Marvel Comics memorabilia. Whether you're a die-hard fan or just curious, Heroes is sure to spark some joy!

Created through the Graf Hero Foundation, Heroes is designed as a space where kids—and kids at heart—can explore timeless values like character, accountability, and respect through fun, creativity, and play. Personally, I love the retro pinball machines! 😄

To wrap up the evening, we’ll head over to Michigan City’s oldest tavern, the Ritz Club, for a nightcap and conversation.

It promises to be a fun, informative, and unforgettable Tuesday night in Michigan City. Hope you can make it!
