Fall Picnic: Cookout, Campfire, & Fun

a big thank you to Kevin, leader of the Explore the Coast meetup group, and member of Rick's Hiking and Fun Group, who invited us to a picnic on his own property in Colona, Michigan.

Fall Picnic: Cookout, Campfire, & Autumn Fun! 🍁
Looking for a relaxing way to spend a cool October evening? Come join us at our private getaway spot at the back of the property! We have a fire ring, picnic tables, and porta-potties all set up and ready for a great night.

• 🍔 The Food: We’re grilling up burgers (including vegan burgers!) and providing everything you need for S'mores (vegan options included). Feel free to bring a side dish to share if you like!
• 🍎 Cider & Pressing: I’m breaking out some of our homemade hard apple cider from previous years. We’ll also be pressing fresh apples for next year's batch if you want to see how it's done!
• 🎯 Activities: We'll have cornhole boards out, take a casual 1-mile hike around the property, and potentially head 4 miles down the road to Hagar Park/Beach to watch the 6:44 PM sunset.
• 🎒 What to Bring: Bring your favorite alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks and a camp chair to sit around the fire!

We will give the address out Friday or Saturday Morning. We live in Coloma, off of Hagar Shore Road, 1 mile east of I-196.

This will be a nice relaxing evening, I hope you can make it.
