Bike Helmets are a requirement for this ride. Lights for the front and back of the bike is recommended. Tires should be filled to the max PSI limit listed on the side of the tire.
It is recommended that snacks and water be brought with you on the ride. We will take frequent breaks as needed. The ride would be approximately miles. No one will be left behind on this ride. Ride will be from Stop and Shop at 57 Main Street Westfield to the Conn Border. Approximately 20 mile ride.
