The winter is here! Come join us for some training using trampolines, practice boards, and jib blocks to get our muscles ready and willing to progress on snow.
We will be meeting at PowerPlay in Brooklyn. Using the trampoline to practice grabs, spins, and flips. Also the jib board and blocks to learn grind positions and work out our muscles to be able to hold them.
You don't have to be a freestyle snowboarder or even a snowboarder to enjoy and get a good work out in this class! We provide all the equipment you just need some comfy gym cloths and a good attitude for shredding. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
