Hi,
I'm a professional bike fitter (www.sunnysbikefit.com), love to ride, and love to get people riding with me regardless of fitness level!
The purpose of this group is to be a means for you to be a better cyclist. Our Sunday coffee rides are a fantastic way for folks who are new to group riding to learn the ropes, and for seasoned riders to come for a fun relaxing ride.
Historically, I've had the fortune of having awesome folks show up to our rides that have helped bring camaraderie, and fun to our rides while helping everyone cross the finish line.
In the summer, we will try to have 3 - 4 rides per week between road, gravel, and MTB rides in the Broomfield, Superior, Louisville areas, as well as Boulder County and more. In the winter, we will have a road ride every Sunday when the weather permits. We feel this will help you keep your fitness levels up in the winter, so that you go into the following cycling season in better shape.
So come join us as we embark on a series of rides that will help you become a better cyclist!

This a gorgeous route on gravel with a pit stop at Whole Foods in Superior. Hang out after ride at Bossy Lady Pizza and Pat's Tap.
Tubeless tires are recommended, and remember to check if your sealant is fresh.
