Kum Nye - Relaxation and Healing through Movement

Details

Kum Nye is a form of Tibetan yoga that blends gentle movement, breathwork, sound, and meditation to harmonise your physical, mental, and emotional health. Rooted in centuries-old Tibetan traditions, this practice focuses on cultivating mindfulness, increasing energy flow, and calming the nervous system. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Kum Nye offers a deep and enriching practice for all levels.
