Clearing the Way for a New Zen Center!

Want to help with planting new foliage, removing invasive species, and clearing the property of a historic farmhouse?

Ring of Moss; a Zen community sangha in Milwaukie, Oregon is moving into a new home!

We will be outside for this event, clearing the 3/4-acre grounds as part of the facility preparations. No prior skills are necessary, just a good attitude, and an interest in helping and getting to know neighbors that have an interest in Zen practice. Please bring digging shovels, loppers, and gloves, if you have them.

Ring of Moss has been active in SE Portland for many years. We are excited about our new home and look forward to preparing the facility for future Zen practice.

We will get started at 9 am and wrap up around noon. Feel free to bring a sack lunch. We will have some snacks and water available.
