Bio
Kourtney Roberts is the founder of Willow Health Plans, a health insurance agency dedicated to helping individuals, families, and small business owners navigate the often-confusing world of health insurance.
After spending over a decade in corporate leadership, Kourtney took a leap into entrepreneurship with a mission to make health insurance more approachable, affordable, and understandable.
Today, she specializes in helping small businesses and entrepreneurs find coverage solutions that protect their employees, support their financial goals, and fit their unique needs.
Beyond her passion for health insurance, Kourtney is an entrepreneur, community advocate, and relationship builder who believes success is measured by the impact you make on others.
As a proud Child of Deaf Adults (CODA), she grew up understanding the importance of communication, advocacy, and ensuring everyone has a voice.
When she's not helping clients or growing her team, you'll likely find her golfing, traveling, volunteering, or spending time with her two dogs, Moose and Aspen.
Her mission is simple: make a difference, build meaningful relationships, and help people protect what matters most.
Guests are always welcome! No cost to attend our engaging meetings. However, we do ask that you support our host location by purchasing the lunch of your choice.
Please RSVP no later than Friday, October 23, so we can get an accurate head count to the restaurant.
