Meet and Greet: Johnson Street Yacht Club

Join us for a wicked good time at Johnson Street Yacht Club. This is about good vibes, new friends, and having some laughs on Hump Day.

Let me introduce myself: I'm Rob. I recently moved back to Raleigh, and previously ran an adventure guide business in the DC metro area. Now, I am building a platform to foster community and create an EASY way to make new friends and potential romantic relationships as well.

The problem our age group currently faces is that we attend all these events to make new friends, but then we don't have any way to stay connected. We end up hanging out, having a lot of fun, but then going home still unfulfilled realizing that we haven't yet built that community we crave.

That is exactly what I am trying to solve!

We have already built a thriving community on WhatsApp where we have 3-5 events per week. The whole idea is to create an environment where we keep seeing each other on a regular basis through fun, engaging activities so that we actually have a chance to bond.

We have clubs for things like volleyball, book club, outdoor activities, small group dinners, and more.

There's no pressure to join the community. You won't get a sales pitch here (at least not from me). Some of our members might get you excited about it though. Just come out and meet some good people. :)

This week we will be at Johnson Street Yacht Club for happy hour from 6:30-8pm. They have pool tables, a slide, food, and a chill vibe. Come hang!
