Rise & Connect – Women in Healthcare, Business & Leadership Networking
Rise & Connect is a women-focused networking community created to connect women across healthcare, business, entrepreneurship, and leadership—with a primary focus on women working in healthcare.
We welcome women from all professional backgrounds, including business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, managers, and leaders from any industry. Our core focus, however, is building meaningful relationships within the healthcare space and across the care continuum.

In addition to our regular networking meetups, Rise & Connect hosts a variety of referral-focused events, including Women’s Night Out referral networking and men and women referral networking events, where women and men come together to connect, collaborate, and openly talk about their businesses in a supportive environment.
Members also have opportunities for increased visibility through special features such as live interviews with a Houston-based talk show host connected with Rise & Connect, offering participants a platform to share their story, expertise, and services with a broader audience.
