Rise Ecstatic Dance offers a space for free-form dance in a chat-free, judgment-free zone. Here, you’re invited to drop into the heart, to reconnect with yourself, and to express freely through movement. Dance in and out, up and down, letting go of everything that no longer serves you. Let the energy move you. Let the spirit of your heart guide you.
There is no pressure to connect with others—this space is yours. Whether you dance alone or feel called to connect, you are free to honour what your body and soul need in each moment.
This event is a vibrant fusion of club culture, yoga, active meditation, cardio fitness, and ecstatic trance dance. If you choose to connect with others, it’s done without words—through movement, breath, energy, and soul.

The Evening
We begin with a gentle welcoming and a warm-up to relax both body and mind. Together, we’ll set a shared intention of one love.
For those who wish to join, we’ll deepen our intention with a short Herbal Nettle Tea ceremony. Nettle tea supports deeper embodiment, awakens the senses, and connects us to heart energy—bringing a spring to our step.
This is followed by short dynamic breathwork to energise and awaken us, preparing the body for dance.
Please avoid alcohol before the event, as it may interfere with the breathwork techniques we’ll be practicing.

The Music
We pour our passion into creating live music sets for each event—each one is unique. Expect an eclectic mix of dub, trance, house, and minimal techno, weaving tribal rhythms with deep electronic grooves. The music flows naturally, rising and falling with the energy in the room—supporting your dance journey from wild expression to deep stillness.
Let yourself shake, spin, whirl and twirl. The music becomes the facilitator of the ecstatic experience, carrying us to the edge before gently guiding us into silence, where we can rest and breathe together.

Passionate about music, healing, and conscious connection, we bring together our backgrounds in Lightwork healing, plant medicine, breathwork, meditation, and shamanic practices.
