Why the Housing Market Feels So Uncertain
Details
Something really strange is happening?
Rising interest rates, affordability constraints, seller expectations, and buyer hesitation are converging. For many investors, that tension feels like uncertainty. For disciplined, prepared investors, it signals opportunity.
In this free, live, in-person meetup, seasoned real estate investor Michael Morrongiello unpacks what is truly driving today’s housing market and what investors should realistically expect in 2026.
You’ll leave with a stronger framework for evaluating deals, understanding leverage, and identifying where real income and durable opportunity are likely to emerge as the market continues to recalibrate.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will gain practical insight into:
✅ The five obstacles involved in almost every sale, and how to navigate around them
✅ The crucial difference between borrowers and buyers — and why that distinction matters more than ever
✅ The truth behind the “Big Lie” and why no seller truly needs cash
✅ A grounded perspective on how the “Silver Tsunami” may actually unfold
✅ A realistic look at whether affordability can be legislated
✅ Where income opportunities are shifting in a tightening environment
And, of course, why past performance is NOT a guarantee of future results.
