This event is a women circle, in English, indoors.
It's a safe and sacred space to support your well-being and expansion, using different techniques.

Bring your yoga mat, a cushion/pillow, a scarf/eye-mask, a small mirror, a plaid. Bring whatever else makes you feel happy and comfy (e.g. your stones, your journal to take notes, warm socks...) and wear something that makes you feel gorgeous.

Coffee, tea, juices and snacks, included.
