Rise Up

Rise Up is a political meetup and support group of people who can't turn a blind eye to the world around us. To show others share the same concerns, worries, and even dread about the state of America. The multitude of threats we face as individuals, families, communities, and our nation is real. The feeling of living in a dystopian nightmare isn't in isolation. We see the perils the world faces from inaction. We feel institutions are failing us.

America's strength is its diversity. Rise Up is a celebration of our differences. It's about creating a coalition of civic-minded people to defend from the war that has been declared upon at least half of our country (non-violently). To stand up, confront, and expose the root causes of sexism, racism, and discrimination. To face the threat and defeat the rise of fascism, authoritarianism, and Christian nationalism. To acknowledge the oligarchy, income disparity, and the destruction of our environment.

Rise Up is not about sulking, but about action. Creating an army of individuals who are willing to join in the "good fight" for the digital age. We have the numbers behind us; any small part you do will make a difference. By not letting the America that we believe in be hijacked by a cult of personality, billionaires, or big business. We stand up for the American Dream and truly rise up as we, the people.
