Join us this Saturday morning for our group run and post run coffee & convo! We’ll meet at Better Buzz Coffee on St Rose Pkwy 🏃‍♀️☕️

Earlier start time this weekend! “Ready to run” by 5:45am. Show up 10 minutes early to hear the route and warm up.

Don’t forget cold water and sunglasses! And fuel if you’re going long.
