Saturday Morning Group Run: River Mountain Loop! Henderson Women’s Run Club

“Ready to run” this Saturday morning at 5:45am. Come a few minutes early to hear the route, which will be on the beautiful, paved River Mountain Loop Trail. If you need some peaceful miles in your life, then this run is for you! Route can easily be shortened up or lengthened out, depending on how long you like to run.

Don’t forget cold water, sunglasses, and a hat or visor.

We’ll meet at Equestrian Park and head out from there. Plan to meet up for coffee after!

All experience levels, walking to running, welcome and encouraged to come. We provide a fun, safe place for women to come and better their run game in a judgement free zone ☺️
