Wednesday Group Run- Cornerstone! Henderson Women’s Run Club

“Ready to run” by 6:30pm. Come a few minutes early to hear the route and warm up.

We’ll meet at Cornerstone Park in the parking lot near the pavillions. Route will include the 1.2 mile loop around the lake with the option of adding a fun “figure 8” in the surrounding area (4.5-6 mi). Also the option to add :10 hill sprints after your run! We’ll be busy tonight 😅
