☀️A Gentle Connection Community for Survivors
Rise & Shine is a low-pressure, survivor-aware community for people seeking connection, companionship, and a sense of belonging after relationship-based harm.
This group is not a therapy or support group. There is no expectation to share personal experiences. You are welcome to simply show up, sit quietly, walk alongside others, or participate in ways that feel right for you.
While many activities are women-focused, all genders and pronouns are welcome if you are seeking respectful connection with like-minded humans.
🌿 Who This Group Is For
Rise & Shine exists to create connection and community for individuals impacted by domestic violence, intimate partner violence, physical, emotional, psychological, verbal, sexual, financial, digital, spiritual, cultural, narcissistic, coercive, post-separation, and identity-based abuse, including power-and-control dynamics, gaslighting, isolation, and other hard-to-name relational harm.
You do not need to label your experience, be at a certain stage of healing, or explain your past to belong here.

Examples of gatherings include coffee meetups, slow walks, quiet creative time, book clubs, and other gentle ways to connect.

- Not a crisis or support group
- Not a place for advice-giving or fixing
- Not a space for solicitation or promotion

- Sharing is always optional

- Leaving early or stepping away is okay
