Rise & Shine is a low-pressure, survivor-aware community for people seeking connection, companionship, and a sense of belonging after relationship-based harm.

This group is not a therapy or support group. There is no expectation to share personal experiences. You are welcome to simply show up, sit quietly, walk alongside others, or participate in ways that feel right for you.

While many activities are women-focused, all genders and pronouns are welcome if you are seeking respectful connection with like-minded humans.

🌿 Who This Group Is For
Rise & Shine is for people who have experienced harm, imbalance, or loss of safety in relationships, communities, or systems and are seeking gentle, respectful connection.

You may recognize your experience clearly, or you may simply know that something did not feel right. Both are valid here.

You do not need to label your experience, share your story, or be at any particular stage of healing to belong. This space honors choice, boundaries, and autonomy. If you are looking for calm connection and community in a survivor-aware, judgment-free environment, you are welcome.

While many gatherings are women-centered, people of all genders and pronouns are welcome if you are seeking thoughtful, respectful connection.
