RiseUP Elevation Challenge Kickoff Hike at Blodgett Open Space

Help us kick off the RiseUP Elevation Challenge with a short, fun opening hike at Blodgett Open Space on Tuesday, September 1 at 3:30 p.m.

This will be an easy-to-moderate kickoff hike of about 90 minutes, heading up the trail to the creek area about halfway up the hill before returning. It is a great way to start logging elevation, meet others taking the challenge, and launch September with a little movement, connection, and purpose.

The RiseUP Elevation Challenge is a month-long September fundraiser where individuals and teams walk, hike, run, climb stairs, or use incline to reach personal elevation goals while raising support for RiseUP and other nonprofit partners. Every foot of elevation helps support essential services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and neurodiversity.
