This coming week is Calm Collective: a Women’s Wellness Circle.
At the core, it is a woman’s circle where we can feel awesome and free to be ourselves. No judgement.
We’ll experience a beautiful cacao ceremony, Set internet tions, it will be the New moon, then ill will guide you into a deep relaxing space where you’ll listen- to different beautiful instruments in a sound journey, and we’ll wrap up with a delicious plant based meal.
The schedule fot the evening :
6pm Welcome
6:05pm Intro with cacao ceremony, intention setting circle, sharing a little about ourselves, feeling valued , and seen.
6:40- sound journey
7:15pm plant based dinner together.
