Automatic writing is a form of mediumship in which messages, symbols, words, or drawings move through your hand onto paper.

In this guided introduction, you will learn how to reconnect to the Divine through the simple modality of pen and paper while allowing yourself to flow and write.

Together, we will explore how to surround, ground, and shield your energy, set clear intentions aligned with your highest good, and gently step out of the analytical mind so that flow may move through you.

Utilizing tools from You Are the Channel by Sara Landon, this interactive experience includes individual writing, partner integration, and a collective message.

Sharing is encouraged in a supportive and respectful space.

No experience necessary — only a willingness to allow.
