Eye Gazing Meditation (Robert Moses Beach, Field 5)

Details
A Connection-Based Social Gathering ๐
Let your eyes speak louder than words.
Join us for a relaxed, heart-centered evening of eye contact, ocean air and connection. This is an opportunity to slow down, meet others in the community and simply be with one another in presence.
In a society plagued by an epidemic of loneliness, being lovingly witnessed and accepted can be a powerful kind of healing and soften the ache of isolation.
Dress casually, comfortably and in cozy layers. No nudity please as this is a public beach and open to anyone passing by.
Details & What to Expect:
- Gentle 3-minute rounds of silent eye gazing with rotating partners
- Optional safe, consensual light touch (hands, shoulders, heart)
- Breathwork, stillness, soft conversation
- The exquisite Long Island sunset
What to bring:
- A towel, blanket or yoga mat to sit on
- Hydration for you and light snacks for group share (optional but appreciated)
- Bug spray (sunset brings beautyโฆ and bugs!)
- Curiosity and a willingness to be seen
Parking and where to meet:
Free parking after 4pm weekdays. Park to the far left of field 5 towards the lighthouse. Meet on the sand to the left of the beach entrance. (See smiley face flags.) You can reach me via WhatsApp at (516) 449-4332, however, service not great at the beach, so anytime before 4pm is best.
