STOP THE BLEED class

Hey friends !
With instructors from the Suffolk County Sheriff's Office I’m hosting a FREE Stop the Bleed® class in Centerport and wanted to invite you.
March 12 at 7 PM
This is a simple, hands-on class that teaches regular people how to help in a bleeding emergency — the kind of stuff that matters in car accidents, everyday injuries, or just bad luck moments.
We’ll cover:

How to recognize serious bleeding

How to stop it (including tourniquets)

What to do so you don’t freeze in the moment

No medical background needed.
Just practical skills you hope you never need — but would be really glad to have.
