Walk & Sound Bath in the woods!

Join us for a short, easy walk/hike at Dean Park trail in the City of Manassas. Then we will sit or lay down off the trail in nature to enjoy a relaxing Sound Bath! Bring a mat or blanket if you like and meet at Rising Phoenix or at the Park.

Start your Sunday with a little exercise and then relax and set your intentions with a meditative Sound Bath! It will be extra special in a natural setting!
